Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the toy must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used toys, even if unused after opening.
  • Items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a set number of business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used toys
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Promotional or clearance items (if stated as non-returnable at purchase)

Exchanges

  • We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
